About This Wine:
We believe 2008 to be one of the best Silhouettes that Merryvale has ever produced. The wine has excellent intensity with vibrant aromas of fresh pear, brioche, minerals, baked apple, almond extract and lemon curd along with baking spices (nutmeg, faint cinnamon) and vanilla bean. The mouthfeel is round and full with refreshing acidity that develops into a lengthy finish.
